Originally from Greenwood MS Gil Fancher answered the call of the West and moved to Vail in 1991 to experience life in the mountains of Colorado. Gil began his life in the Vail Valley working in the resort industry in a variety of occupations including work as a mountain guide, videographer, chef, and small business owner. Working in the resort industry and enjoying all of the opportunities afforded by the Vail Valley lifestyle laid the groundwork for Gil to embark into his career as a Realtor in 2000.
Gil began his Real Estate career with Brandess-Cadmus Real Estate in 2000 and transitioned into a position with Sonnenalp Real Estate in 2007. Now in his 13th year as a successful Vail Realtor Gil is the Managing Broker for a new firm The Vail Real Estate Center, LLC, specializing in luxury resort properties, ranch & mountain properties as well as luxury fractional ownership throughout Vail and Beaver Creek. The Vail Real Estate Center is teamed with Vail Village Rentals for all of your vacation rental needs.
In addition to the Luxury Real Estate sales Gil has completed, he has also helped a number of Vail area locals get their start into the Real Estate market in the Vail Valley. Gil lives with his wife and two children in Avon and loves what the Vail Valley has to offer his family. His love and passion for the mountains of Colorado combined with a desire to help people make Gil an excellent Real Estate Broker.
